With its cold winds and sizzling fireplaces, winter can be the enemy of exercise. And when you're sitting, huddled in a cosy blanket with a cup of tea and chocolate biscuit in hand, the thought of leaving for a brutal, windswept run is, of course, completely unbearable (we get it!).
As January wanes and the rest of the year looms forward, it's time to shrug off 'resolutions' and get down to business in making 2016 your best year yet. I no longer attempt to hold myself up to arbitrary standards of perfection and success, but I do invest my time and energy in the right places and I'm consistent with it.
